The actual documents that will be required on your loan may vary. You may only need to provide limited documentation depending on various factors. Documents

Copy of two recent pay stubs and W-2s (If you are self-employed, you'll need two years of tax returns and a YTD profit and loss statement)
Copy of your social security card
Copy of your driver's license
Copy of most recent (2) bank statements (checking and savings)
Verification of any additional income
Copy of most recent investment account statements (IRA, 401K, stocks, etc.)
Copy of divorce decree (If applicable)
Copy of your current mortgage statement
Copy of your homeowner's insurance policy
If you own rental property, provide copies of rental agreements and two years of tax returns
If you are not a permanent resident provide a copy of your H1 or L1 visa or green card if you are not a US citizen
